The city that says “why not?” to everything.
Dubai doesn’t do anything halfway. The Burj Khalifa soars higher than any building on Earth, the Dubai Mall has its own aquarium and ice rink, and hotels like the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab redefine what luxury looks like.
Then you head into the desert. Ride across rolling red dunes in a 4x4, watch the sun melt into the sand, and settle in for a Bedouin-style dinner under the stars. By day it’s beach clubs and yacht cruises on the Gulf; by night, rooftop dining with the whole skyline lit up around you.
Six things your team will talk about for years
Top of the Burj Khalifa
Ride to the observation deck of the world’s tallest building for views that stretch to the desert.
Desert safari
Dune bashing, camel rides and a sunset barbecue at a private camp in the dunes.
Yacht on the Gulf
Cruise past the Palm Jumeirah and the Burj Al Arab with the whole team on deck.
Old Dubai
Cross the creek by abra boat and explore the gold, spice and textile souks.
Dubai Marina at night
Waterfront dining surrounded by glittering towers and superyachts.
Beach club day
Private cabanas, cold drinks and warm turquoise water.
November through March.
Winter in Dubai is close to perfect, with sunny days in the 70s and 80s and cool desert evenings. That’s also peak season, so book early. Spring and fall are warmer but still lovely, while June through September is extremely hot, best for indoor-focused programs at great rates.
Luxury made easy
World-class hotels, flawless service and venues built for unforgettable galas.
Safe & welcoming
One of the safest cities in the world, with English spoken everywhere.
Wow at every turn
From desert camps to rooftop dinners, every day brings something new.
